Job Summary
Coach, lead, and motivate the retail team to achieve individual, branch, and bank-wide goals while coordinating and overseeing day-to-day retail functions. Deliver exceptional customer service with consistent follow-up to develop strong relationships with current and prospective customers. Identify new business opportunities and support the professional growth of team members to foster a culture of collaboration. This role requires two or more years of banking and leadership experience, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
