Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading all aspects of the East Nashville Branch, driving growth in deposits and investments, ensuring a strong risk and control environment, coaching and developing the branch team, delivering exceptional client experiences, and engaging with local businesses and the community. Key duties include managing operations, leveraging performance metrics to drive branch growth, maintaining regulatory compliance (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act, NMLS/SAFE Act), maintaining an engaging and high-performing culture, and coordinating with technology solutions to serve clients. Requires leadership experience, ability to work extended hours including weekends, and willingness to travel for training and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- training and travel requirements: ability to travel for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance
