Job Summary
Lead, coach, and direct the operations of the retail branch to ensure organizational, financial, and growth plans are met. Schedule and monitor branch personnel, allocate resources to meet operational needs, and conduct timely performance evaluations. Serve as the Credit Union's financial education ambassador by developing relationships with local schools and community partners to promote membership. Maintain communication with senior management, prepare standard reports, and formulate recommendations for personnel and operational changes. Ensure all activities comply with established policies and laws while promoting a sales culture through example. Note observations of employee performance and provide feedback within prescribed timeframes. Act as the primary contact with select employer groups and community organizations to promote products. Ensure recovery of critical branch functions within disaster recovery plan constraints. Perform other duties as assigned in the best interest of the Credit Union.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years supervisory experience in Financial Institution
- A four year college degree with emphasis in Management, Marketing or Business related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be bondable

- Thorough knowledge of credit union policies and procedures
