Job Summary
Manage all branch activities to achieve economic, commercial, and income objectives while ensuring service quality and promoting long-term customer relationships. Coordinate available resources to attract new customers and maintain strong ties with corporate, institutional, and high net worth clients. Lead staff management and demonstrate proven sales skills to drive growth in line with bank policies. Fluently communicate in English or Italian to support these efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Significant experience in the banking sector and at least 3 years of work experience in managerial or supervisor role in the Branch
- Experience in managing staff
- Ability to deal effectively with people and to work independently as well as in a team
- Proven sales skills
- Very good communication
- Good PC knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in English and/ or Italian language
