Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading a Chase Branch in Downtown East, NY. Drive growth of deposits and investments, oversee branch operations, coach and develop the team, foster a high-performing culture, engage with local businesses, and uphold risk and control standards while delivering customer-focused service and leveraging technology to enhance client experiences. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Training and travel for in-person programs including Dodd-Frank/NMLS regulatory requirements are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
