Job Summary
Branch Manager leads the branch by coaching the team, delivering exceptional client experiences, and growing deposits and investments. Responsible for operations, risk and control, and leveraging technology to deliver banking solutions, while building relationships with local businesses and the community. Demonstrates leadership, decision-making, and a commitment to culture and values, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel for training is required as part of the Branch Manager Training Program, and compliance with regulatory requirements is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
