Branch Manager

Lead and inspire branch staff by coaching, developing, and motivating them to perform at their best while modeling exceptional service and core values. Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, maintaining strong cash controls and operational integrity. Build meaningful, long-term relationships with members and serve as a visible ambassador for Directions Credit Union by representing the organization at community events, outreach activities, and partnerships with local businesses, schools, and nonprofits. Collaborate with leadership and marketing to support financial education and brand awareness efforts.
