Job Summary
Branch Manager to lead all aspects of Mirabel, QC branch operations, including warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, and team leadership for approximately 15 operations employees. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, inventories, warehousing, distribution, safety, budgets, KPIs, profitability, and stakeholder relationships, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Requires bilingual French/English and strong leadership, financial, and operational capabilities to develop a positive culture and improve overall branch performance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in branch management, operations, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or a similar environment
- Experience leading teams and driving operational results
- Strong financial, operational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, inventory, and customer service functions
- Lean Operations and/or Six Sigma experience strongly preferred
- Strong cultural leadership and employee development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in both French and English
