Job Summary
Manage fiscal and operational activities for the home care agency, including long-term planning, organizing, directing, and staffing. Plan and develop management personnel recruitment and interviewing processes, while establishing procedures for measuring quality care and organizational performance. Requires one year of supervisory experience in home care services, a criminal background check, and effective English communication. Reports to the VP. Salary up to $60,000 with quarterly bonuses and holiday pay. Full-time employment with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, sick days, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- training and experience in home care/services delivery/administration or a related company
- One (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience in home care/services or related program
- Must have a criminal background check
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English
