Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for directing and coordinating all activities of the Denver branch, including purchasing, sales, and operations. Drive new business development, optimize branch P&L, and lead inside and outside sales teams to maximize sales and gross margin per employee. Ensure high customer satisfaction, manage inventory and accounts receivable, coach staff to realize their potential, and uphold safety and company policies. Requires strong leadership, strategic planning, project management, and effective communication with all levels of the organization. Required Qualifications
- 5 years of distribution or manufacturing management experience, including sales management and business development responsibilities
- Proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of an organization
- Proven customer relationship building skills, both internally and externally
- Experience with physical inventory and cycle counting procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to coach and develop personnel to meet organizational goals
- Understanding of branch profit and loss and financial performance management
- Ability to drive new business development, increase sales, profitability, and market share
- Ability to manage operating costs and optimize efficiency
- Ability to represent company professionally to partners and customers
