Branch Manager - Cromwell

Lead the Cromwell branch for Big Chill Distribution, overseeing daily operations, team management, and safety to ensure service consistency and operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement across safety, service, and cost efficiency; analyse financial performance to identify improvements; maintain Health & Safety compliance and a zero-harm culture. Must have proven experience managing large, dynamic freight and logistics operations, strong communication and people skills, and the ability to interact with customers. Demonstrated strategic/commercial thinking with decision-making and divisional P&L responsibility; comfortable working with data to inform business choices. Required to have the right to work in New Zealand and to pass criminal history and pre-employment drug testing.
