Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing Wells Fargo branch team to drive growth in consumer and business banking products. As Branch Manager, provide inclusive leadership, coaching, and performance management to acquire, deepen, and retain customer relationships across checking, deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments. Partner with internal sales teams to deliver a coordinated Wells Fargo experience across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending, while managing risk, regulatory compliance, and operations. Role involves scheduling Saturdays, travel up to 50% in the early period, onboarding via Branch Manager Readiness, and ongoing development of team capabilities to achieve branch objectives and customer value. Exposure to digital banking solutions, talent decisions, and risk mitigation to protect customers, employees, and the company.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months
- SAFE registration is required at start date
- LO/CFPB requirements compliance
