Job Summary
Oversee branch operations including sales, warehouse logistics, inventory, finance, HR, and facilities; drive sales, profitability, and market share while leading a team to deliver exceptional service. Set goals aligned with company direction, build action plans with timelines, and analyze information to identify trends and opportunities. Coach and develop staff, foster a culture of trust and accountability, resolve conflicts, and recognize strong performance. Maintain clear communication across all levels, facilitate agreement and follow-through on commitments, and uphold integrity in relationships. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ year in a similar role
- Supervisory experience preferred
