Job Summary
Branch Manager: responsible for growing and running the branch, driving sales, profitability, and market share while overseeing operations, people, and customers. Manages sales, warehouse logistics, inventory, finance, facilities, and HR, with leadership and development of the team; sets goals aligned with company direction, analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities, allocates resources, coaches staff, builds a culture of trust and accountability, communicates across all levels, drives collaboration and execution, and ensures performance and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year in a similar role (3+ years preferred)
- Supervisory experience preferred
