Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring safety and compliance. Oversee daily branch operations, inventory and fleet utilization, and budgeting/P&L management. Drive collaboration with People and Culture on hiring, onboarding, and employee development. Build strong customer relationships, promote the brand at industry events, and analyze market trends to stay competitive. Ensure shop flow efficiency and fleet readiness, and partner across departments to implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in construction equipment rentals, construction, or related field)
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team
