Job Summary
Branch Manager leading the Franklin, TN Chase branch. Drives deposits and investments growth, oversees branch operations, coaches and develops a high-performing team, ensures a strong risk and control environment, and delivers hospitality-focused client service while representing the Chase brand in the local community. Responsible for leveraging the Branch Scorecard, collaborating with experts to address client financial needs, fostering ongoing learning, and maintaining operational integrity and policy adherence. Emphasizes engagement with local businesses and technology-enabled banking solutions to enhance client experience and branch presence.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Dodd Frank and Safe Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; NMLS registration and compliance required; background/credit history review as part of employment
- Employment offer contingent on compliance with SAFE Act and NMLS requirements

- This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; mandatory NMLS registration and annual renewal
