Job Summary
Hands-on Branch Manager role overseeing branch operations, sales, and customer service. Responsible for business development, introducing bank products to customers and partners, developing branch plans to maximize profitability, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and representing the bank in community activities. Requires bilingual Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese); strong commercial lending knowledge, balance-sheet analysis, and proficiency in communicating with diverse client bases. Based in Seattle, WA with in-branch leadership and external outreach responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 5 years of functional/professional experience
- 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training including strong commercial lending or product knowledge
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret balance sheets
- Ability to present information to groups of managers, staff, customers, and the public
- Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
