Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for overall branch performance, business development, and bank product sales. Manage branch operations, achieve annual branch goals, provide exceptional customer service, refer bank products to business partners, ensure policy compliance, and supervise staff. Requires experience in sales, relationship building with customers and communities, strong understanding of balance sheets and lending, and bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency. Office-based role in Houston, TX with leadership responsibilities in a hands-on, customer-focused banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of functional/professional experience
- 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- 3-5 years related experience including strong commercial lending or product knowledge
- Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
