Branch Manager - Commercial Landscape

Branch Manager responsible for end-to-end branch performance in a commercial landscape context, including operational execution, budgeting/forecasting, P&L management, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and team development. Drive profitable growth and market presence, oversee maintenance and enhancement operations, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions. Lead and coach a team of Account Managers and Production Managers, foster a positive, growth-oriented culture, and mentor future leaders through succession planning. Build and sustain long-term client relationships, oversee key accounts, support business development and estimating efforts, ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Strong emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and profitability with accountability for budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin improvement. Familiarity with Aspire & QAL certification is preferred but not required, and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
