Job Summary
Lead branch operations for Commercial Insurance at BrokerLink: manage the Personal Insurance operations, drive growth and profitability targets, monitor commission revenue, policy counts, accounts receivable and expenses; communicate and implement strategies to meet goals; collaborate with other Personal Insurance Managers and Team Leads to ensure service and sales standards; oversee staffing, coaching, development, IT, payroll and HR changes; support marketing and sales events; requires post-secondary education with 5-8 years insurance experience and at least 3 years of management; CIP/CRM/CAIB designation preferred; strong customer focus, communication and leadership skills; a 35-hour workweek is implied with a Canada-wide context.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education preferred
- 5-8 years insurance industry experience
- 3+ years management experience
- CIP, CRM or CAIB designation preferred
- Knowledge of Brokerage Management services and tools (TAM, SAVERS)
- Strong customer focus; good communication and people skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
