Job Summary
Branch Manager Coastal Orange County District at Wells Fargo. Lead a branch team to deliver sales, service, and financial solutions while coaching staff, managing performance, and ensuring operational risk controls. Drive growth in deposits, loans, and investments through inclusive leadership, relationship development, and collaboration with internal partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending. Responsible for identifying customer financial needs, providing tailored solutions, and sustaining a high-performing, compliant branch culture. Must be able to work a schedule including Saturdays and travel up to 50% within the assigned geography during the initial period. Onboarding includes the Branch Manager Readiness Program to build leadership capability and readiness for day-one impact. Demonstrated ability to lead customer-focused sales culture, manage risk, and balance growth with operational soundness. Ability to coach and develop bankers, use data to drive performance, and advocate digital banking solutions to enhance customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals (Desired)
- Knowledge of banking laws and regulations, including compliance controls, operational risk management, and loss prevention (Desired)
- SAFE registration required at time of employment (if applicable)
- A credit report may be reviewed (credit score not included)
