Job Summary
Oversee the performance of a multi-million dollar revenue business by leading Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics to achieve financial and performance goals. Manage operational and financial reporting functions while building a success-driven team. Ensure achievement of targets across all aspects of the rental center business unit. This role serves as a Profit Center Manager within Sunbelt Rentals, a leader in the equipment rental industry with over 1,000 locations.
Required Qualifications
- Business Management degree
- at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience
- 3-4 years of Rental Industry experience
- valid driver's license
- acceptable driving record history
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls
- Experience in outside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing
- High level of accountability
