Job Summary
Direct sales and business development to drive branch profitability, while independently processing Business Banking loans up to $250,000 and proactively growing client relationships through outreach. Lead team coaching, performance management, and staffing decisions, ensuring strict adherence to operational, security, and compliance policies to prevent fraud. Take full ownership of complex account servicing and error resolution, resolving escalated issues and bundling products to meet annual goals. Maintain internal control standards, stay current on system enhancements, and build productive partnerships across the bank to ensure timely customer and employee issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Four (4) years' relevant experience
- Minimum three years sales experience
- Minimum two years' managerial experience
- proven leadership abilities
- Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services and client relationship management
- M&T Business Banking Specialist certification
- Bi-lingual/Spanish
- knowledge of Microsoft Office software for word processing and spreadsheets
- Experience with Internet and email
