Job Summary
Manage day-to-day activity for a branch delivering 1,600 care hours, ensuring the correct number of qualified care workers are available to meet service demands. Oversee care quality and compliance for internal standards, regulators, and contract holders while documenting all processes correctly. Lead a dedicated team of Care Coordinators and Field Care Supervisors to drive growth and maintain operational stability. This 9-12 month maternity contract includes a comfort call at Worksop and offers a salary of £36,628 pro rata.
