Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gallup office, including processing payroll, reviewing client care plans, and ensuring clients receive exceptional health care services. Work alongside Corporate Leadership to ensure financial benchmarks and revenue goals are met. Build meaningful relationships with case managers, physicians, and other referral sources to help community members maintain their independence and stay in their homes. This role supports Circle of Life's mission to honor those served by providing access to care for individuals traditionally overlooked by the healthcare system.
Required Qualifications
- comfortable working in the Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent time management skills
- ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged
