Job Summary
Branch Manager in a Chase Branch leading the Cincinnati North Market in West Chester, OH. Responsible for growing deposits and investments, managing branch operations, coaching the team for success, delivering hospitality-aligned client service, and leveraging technology to support specialized financial needs. Key activities include building a high-performing team, fostering a culture of service and excellence, developing staff through coaching and feedback, driving branch growth, maintaining risk and control environments, and engaging with local businesses and the community. Requires leadership experience in retail banking, ability to work weekend/evening hours, and completion of branch-manager training with travel for in-person sessions; compliant with Dodd-Frank and SAFE Act requirements including NMLS registration.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- training and travel for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; NMLS registration or update upon start date
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance
- demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities
