Job Summary
Direct and manage branch operations to increase sales, profitability, and market share by developing forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans. Communicate a clear vision to the team, lead hiring decisions, and coach staff using Wayne Academy while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Assess local market conditions, visit job sites to inspect progress, and build relationships with contractors and customers. Review budgets, job costs, and Q360 reports to adjust schedules and approve requisitions within established limits. Ensure proper staffing, resolve team issues, and participate in community organizations to enhance the branch's local reputation.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent and professional communication skills to WOW our internal and external customers.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- Experience developing and implementing business plans and goals.
- A motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
- Professional demeanor.
- Experience monitoring the marketplace to identify business opportunities.
- Technical expertise and knowledge of company services.
- Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), team building, and negotiating skills.
- Strong leadership and motivation ability.
- Demonstrated competency in hiring, developing, coaching and terminating team members as necessary.

- Problem solving and analytical ability as well as superior organizational skills.
- Proficient use of computers including Q360 and Microsoft Office Package.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

- High school diploma/GED required.
Desired Qualifications
- Sales, design, operations, and profit/loss experience is a plus.
