Job Summary
Lead the branch team by sharing a clear vision, coaching employees, and celebrating successes to boost morale while embodying company values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. Grow deposits and investments by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies, prioritize client needs to build lasting relationships, and forge meaningful connections with local businesses. Manage all branch operations including risk and control environments, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Represent the brand through attentive service, delivering banking solutions and financial technology to clients. Complete the Branch Manager Training Program and be prepared for required travel for in-person training and meetings.

- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- successful completion of Branch Manager Training Program
- ability to travel as required for in-person training and meetings
- some travel out-of-state
- demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position
- no felony conviction within the last seven years
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- successful registration immediately after start date
- timely completion of annual renewal and required updates thereafter
