Job Summary
Lead the branch team by sharing a clear vision, coaching employees, and celebrating successes to boost morale. Grow deposits and investments by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies while delivering banking solutions and financial technology to clients. Forge relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and ensure a strong risk environment by adhering to policies and procedures. Represent the brand with hospitality, embodying values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. Complete the Branch Manager Training Program and be prepared for travel for in-person training and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager
- be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state
- demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position
- no felony conviction within the last seven years
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- register on NMLS, or to update your existing registration as necessary to grant access to and reflect your employment with JPMorganChase
- compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date
- timely completion of annual renewal and required updates thereafter
