Job Summary
Lead a small team by coaching members, holding coworkers accountable to clear expectations, and driving daily execution to meet consistent results. Handle customer conversations related to payments when needed while managing multiple priorities in a structured, metric-driven environment. Address performance issues quickly and directly to maintain organization and improve overall branch performance. The position requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and availability for a 40-hour week Monday through Saturday.
