Job Summary
Branch Manager in the Wells Fargo National Branch Network leading a branch team to drive growth in primary checking, deposits, lending, credit cards and investments through coaching, performance management, and delivering tailored consumer and business solutions. Responsibilities include providing inclusive leadership, setting clear expectations, coaching for sales/service/opérational excellence, identifying customer financial needs, coordinating with internal partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending, leveraging digital options to simplify banking, and balancing growth with risk management and compliance. Requires ability to work Saturdays, travel up to 50% in early phase, and completion of the Branch Manager Readiness Program; role focused on people leadership, customer relationships, risk controls, and driving branch performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment and Wells Fargo will initiate the process after your start date
- Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and comply with Wells Fargo policies
