Job Summary
Lead a Wells Fargo branch as the sales leader, accountable for acquiring, deepening and retaining customer relationships to drive growth in checking, deposits, lending, credit cards and investments through coaching and disciplined execution. Build and retain a high-performing team, coach to improve banker productivity, identify customer financial needs, and deliver tailored consumer and business solutions. Partner with internal sales teams to provide a coordinated Wells Fargo experience across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending; promote digital options; manage risk and compliance; and participate in the Branch Manager Readiness Program to transition into leadership. Responsible for balancing growth with operational risk, delivering consistent coaching, and ensuring strong performance through observation, feedback, and follow-up while aligning with Wells Fargo priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
