Job Summary
Lead the Camp Hill branch by coaching the team, growing deposits and investments, and delivering banking solutions that prioritize client relationships. Manage all operational aspects of the branch while fostering a culture of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. Forge local business partnerships to strengthen community presence and maintain a strong risk environment through strict adherence to policies. Complete the Branch Manager Training Program and be prepared to travel for in-person training and meetings. This role requires branch hours including weekends and evenings, with a high school degree or equivalent as the minimum qualification.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager
- be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state
- demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position
- no felony conviction within the last seven years
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- register on NMLS, or to update your existing registration as necessary to grant access to and reflect your employment with JPMorganChase
- compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date, and timely completion of annual renewal and required updates thereafter
