Job Summary
Direct all branch operations, supervise personnel, and manage daily sales efforts including counter and outside sales. Develop strategies to grow market share, set pricing, and oversee accounts receivable collection. Manage warehouse inventory, coordinate deliveries, and ensure daily cycle counts and year-end inventories. Provide leadership through training, mentoring, and recruiting new associates while resolving customer complaints. Maintain branch security, oversee cash deposits, and ensure safety compliance for all equipment and tasks. Review daily reports, manage budgets, and stay current on product knowledge and community developments.
