Job Summary
Launch the Reno branch by overseeing inside sales, counter operations, and warehouse logistics while building a high-performing team from the ground up. Drive aggressive sales growth across all product lines by developing strategies with divisional experts, establishing account matrices, and managing credit risk. Manage headcount projections, conduct interviews and training, and lead health and safety programs to ensure operational excellence. Resolve conflicts with employees or customers and escalate issues as needed. Complete pre-employment requirements including background checks, physical examinations, and drug tests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent credential
- At least 5 years experience in the plumbing industry
- Minimum 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager of PACE Supply Corp
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Inside Sales in the plumbing industry
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to adapt and think on your feet
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft and Apple products
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels in the organization

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree

- 2 years industry related supervisory experience
