Branch Manager- Business Center

Branch Manager responsible for leading sales and service across branches, driving commercial, small business and consumer deposit growth, and profitability. Leads a high-performance sales and service culture with outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and active relationship development (including COI relationships) to source and close new business. Oversees client relationship management, delivers a proactive service model, mentors Assistant Branch Managers, ensures regulatory compliance and risk management, and manages budgets and performance across locations. Requires 5+ years of branch leadership, strong experience in business banking and cash management, and proven ability to build pipelines, generate referrals, and close new business.
