Branch Manager - Buckhannon Main - Buckhannon, WV

Lead and manage all aspects of the Buckhannon Branch, including growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the branch team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Build and cultivate relationships with local businesses, represent the Chase brand with hospitality and integrity, and drive branch performance using the Branch Scorecard. Foster ongoing learning and development, ensure a strong risk and control environment in line with policies, and engage with clients to meet their financial needs using Chase’s technology solutions. Requires ability to travel for training and meetings; Dodd-Frank/SAFE Act loan-originator requirements may apply. Must be able to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings; 2+ years of leadership experience in retail banking or equivalent is preferred; high school degree or GED is required, with college degree or military equivalent preferred.
