Job Summary

Lead a branch team to acquire, deepen, and retain customer relationships while driving consistent growth in primary checking, deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments. Provide strong, inclusive leadership by coaching staff to deliver tailored consumer and business solutions, balance growth objectives with operational risk management, and foster an accountable culture focused on uncovering customer financial needs. Partner with internal sales partners to maximize relationship depth and wallet share, utilizing branch manager routines to build individual capability and confidence through observation and feedback. Manage performance through targeted coaching to deliver sales, service, and operational excellence while proactively identifying opportunities to make banking easier through digital education. Work a schedule that includes Saturdays, with up to 50% travel during the first six months, and complete the Branch Manager Readiness Program prior to placement.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
  • Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months
  • SAFE registration
  • Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements
  • Compliance with Wells Fargo policies, including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background
  • Credit report review eligibility
  • Ongoing screening eligibility
  • Visa sponsorship not eligible
