Job Summary
Branch Manager role leading a Vancouver, BC branch within BMO’s Retail Banking group. Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in banking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead and develop teams
