Job Summary
Branch Manager at Chase Brainerd/Chattanooga location responsible for leading branch team, growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching staff to deliver exceptional client experiences. Drives risk-aware, compliant branch operations, fosters a culture of service and excellence, builds relationships with local businesses, leverages technology to serve clients, and ensures staff development, performance, and community engagement.Requires strong leadership, multitasking, accountability for branch metrics, and ability to work extended hours including weekends; travel for training may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators (contingent on employment) and NMLS registration requirements
- Travel ability for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state
