Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for overall branch performance including business development and bank product sales. Manages branch operations, drives sales and customer service performance, and develops the branch business plan to maximize profitability. Responsibilities include soliciting customers and businesses, conducting staff training, overseeing branch staff performance, interviewing/hiring/training employees, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Requires bilingual Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and ability to communicate with customers and partners; involves community representation and external outreach to market products and services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 5 years of functional/professional experience
- 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training including strong commercial lending or product knowledge
- Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
