Job Summary
Drive overall branch performance, growth, and success by leading business development and sales, particularly with small businesses, while growing deposits, originating loans, and expanding client relationships through cross-selling. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve growth goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure compliance with Federal regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC. Meet performance metrics and production goals while reflecting corporate values of integrity, teamwork, and service. Valid driver's license and bonding required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
- 5+ years in banking
- at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- prior sales or client relations experience
- Proven success in small business development, deposit/loan growth, and cross-selling
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and operational procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), keyboarding, and digital banking tools
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must have valid driver's license
- ability to be bonded
