Job Summary
Conduct daily branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability across service, lease, rental, parts, and sales functions. Schedule technicians, manage team performance reviews, and support training initiatives while maintaining facility cleanliness and compliance with state guidelines. Provide weekly updates to owners on successes, roadblocks, and resource needs, and interact directly with customers to deliver estimates and track job status. Escalate employee relations or operational issues to human resources or external resources as appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation of meetings and tasks, and oversee equipment and manpower requirements to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in a managerial role relating to Body Shop and /or Service
- Some versatility with other organizational functions
- Associates degree
- Ability to mentor and hold employees accountable
- History of growing teams via hiring and developing
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software
