Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading a branch focusing on industrial rentals (porta-potty rentals, freshwater/wastewater tanks, hand wash stations) in Westborough, MA. Drive overall branch operations for safety, productivity, customer service and profitability; oversee sales initiatives, prepare financial reports (profit and loss statements, operating reviews, budgets), manage personnel and safety programs (OSHA compliance, DOT regulations, drug/alcohol testing). Requires strong leadership, sales, and customer service experience, with a preference for outside sales and industry knowledge in equipment rental; includes company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit center
- Understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation
- Strong sales and customer service experience; outside sales experience preferred
- Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
