Branch Manager - Battle Creek

Branch Manager responsible for leading and managing the Battle Creek, MI branch to deliver quality member experiences. Oversees day-to-day branch operations, hiring and development, coaching in lending and product sales, member growth, and expense control. Collaborates with the District Manager to execute strategy, aligns with a culture focused on customer service and community financial wellness, monitors branch metrics, conducts coaching for the sales program, and ensures compliance with core processes and policies including customer identification and BSA requirements. Must be able to recruit and retain engaged staff, drive branch performance, and represent the credit union in the community with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
