Job Summary
Branch Manager role leading and coaching the Austin branch team to deliver exceptional client experiences, grow deposits and investments, manage operations, ensure risk and controls, and connect clients with Chase financial solutions. The role requires proven leadership, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, a commitment to operational integrity and policy adherence, and the capacity to engage with local businesses and the community while guiding staff toward high performance and development. Training and travel may be required to complete the Branch Manager program and in-person meetings; position emphasizes customer-centric culture, technology adoption, and regulatory compliance (NMLS/SAFE Act) as part of daily leadership and branch growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
