Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year of management experience (preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Customer service or financial services experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and financial regulations.
- Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Fieldwork: Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
- Language: Bilingual in English & Spanish.
