Job Summary
The Branch Manager will direct all aspects of the branch including employee management, inventory control, and loss prevention, while ensuring customer service standards are met. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining annual objectives and expense budgets, managing staff schedules, and maintaining communication across departments. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Ability to think independently and critically
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft applications
