Job Summary

Branch Manager responsible for leading the branch operations and PEOPLE-focused culture within Associated Credit Union. Drive exceptional member experience, coach and develop retail team to achieve individual, branch, and organizational goals, oversee operations, referrals, hiring/training/terminations, ensure regulatory compliance and cost-efficiency. Develop branch strategy, engage in community activities, supervise performance, conduct coaching and performance appraisals, and maintain operational soundness while delivering strong member service and growth. Key skills include leadership, coaching, strategic planning, staff development, referrals generation, operational oversight, familiarity with credit union products/services, analytics, and effective communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is desirable
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related credit union or banking experience, with a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software; knowledge of Jack Henry’s Symitar – Episys or MeridianLink is a plus
