Job Summary
Lead and manage all branch operations at the Chase branch, focusing on growing deposits and investments, delivering exceptional client experiences, coaching and developing a high-performing team, ensuring a strong risk and control environment, and engaging with local businesses and the community to strengthen the branch presence. Demonstrate leadership by modeling Chase values, drive branch goals using the Branch Scorecard, and leverage technology to deliver banking solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
Required Qualifications
- You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
